Ingredients:

• Green Tea:
  loaded with antioxidants and is known to boost the metabolic rate in the short term (may aid in weight loss).
• Flaxseed:
  contains estrogen, antioxidants and Omega 3.
• Organic Rooibos:
  supports bone, heart, skin and digestive health and blood sugar levels.
• Cinnamon bark:
  helps support blood sugar levels, skin health and contains antioxidants
• Dandelion root:

• Liquorice root:

Brew instructions:

• Shake the pouch to distribute the tea evenly.
• This blend can be enjoyed warm or chilled over ice.
• Add 1 heaped teaspoon (approx 1.5 grams) of the loose leaf tea to a strainer/infuser then place into a cup (250ml) of freshly boiled water for 3-5 minutes.
• Remove the strainer.

Drink:
Drink 1 cup in the morning before breakfast and 1 cup in the afternoon, about 3 hours before dinner.
