Ingredients:

• Ceylon black tea:
  helps support blood sugar levels, skin health and contains antioxidants
• Assam black tea:
  boost in mental alertness
• White silver needle tea:
  traditionally used to promote a healthy heart and boost immunity.
• Rose petals:
  promote skin health, blood purification, and have great antioxidants.

Brew instructions:

• Shake the pouch to distribute the tea evenly.
• Infuse a heaped teaspoon (approx 3g) of Ritual in a freshly boiled cup (250ml) of water for at least 5 minutes. Leave it brewing for longer if you like your teas stronger.
  
• Remove the strainer.

Drink:

Drink 1 to 3 cups daily as required.
