Ingredients:

• Organic ginger pieces
  
• Organic true cinnamon
• Organic orange peel
• Organic honeybush leaves
• Organic paw paw leaf (Carica papaya)
• Calendula petals

Brew instructions:

• Shake the pouch to distribute the tea evenly.
• Infuse 1.5 heaped teaspoon (approx 2g) of Soothe in a freshly boiled cup (250ml) of water for at least 10 minutes. Leave it brewing for longer if you like your teas stronger.
  
• Remove the strainer.

Drink:

Drink 1 to 3 cups daily as required.
