• Chamomile flowers:
  used for centuries to promote better sleep
• Lemon balm leaf:
  traditionally used to reduce stress, anxiety and promotes sleep
• Passionflower:
  helps promote sleep, clams the nervous system, and reduces anxiety.
• Lavender flowers:
  traditionally used to improve sleep, is anti-inflammatory and soothing.
• Scullcap leaf:
  this herb has been traditionally used to alleviate tension, promote relaxation and emotional well-being during times of stress.

Brew instructions:

• Shake the pouch to distribute the tea evenly.
• This blend can be enjoyed warm or chilled over ice.
• Infuse a heaped teaspoon (approx 1.1g) of Dream in a freshly boiled cup (250ml) of water for at least 10 minutes. Leave it brewing for longer if you like your teas stronger.
  
• Remove the strainer.

Drink:

Drink 2 to 3 cups daily as required.
