Ingredients:

• Rosemary leaf:
  helps support blood sugar levels, skin health and contains antioxidants
• Ginger bits:
  boost immunity relieves nausea, relieves menstrual discomfort, and improves stomach performance.
• True Cinnamon:
  also known as Ceylon cinnamon - may help improve blood sugar regulation to allow for more focus.
• Parsley:
  rich in antioxidants and immunity booster due to its high concentration of vitamin C and vitamin A.
• Pawpaw:
  Bursting with Vitamin C and A that boosts skin health and promotes radiant skin.
• Flaxseed:

Brew instructions:

• Shake the pouch to distribute the tea evenly.
• This blend can be enjoyed warm or chilled over ice.
• Infuse a heaped teaspoon (approx 2g) of Focus in a freshly boiled cup (250ml) of water for at least 10 minutes. Leave it brewing for longer if you like your teas stronger.
  
• Remove the strainer.

Drink:

Drink 1 to 3 cups daily as required.
