Nurture by Kebaya Tea is a wellness tea for women.

This tea has been formulated to support women during the time of the month when we need it the most! This tea has been created to help alleviate discomforts associated with periods, postpartum, and perimenopause.

This blend is made in Australia using traditional herbs that have been used for centuries to help ease PMS symptoms, general menstrual discomfort and cramping.

Ingredients:

• Organic cinnamon bark:
  helps support blood sugar levels, skin health and contains antioxidants
• Lady's mantle leaf:
  helps curb menstrual side effects because of its high level of antioxidants.
• Red raspberry leaf:
  traditionally used to ease menstrual discomfort and is rich in vitamins (C, E, and A) and minerals (potassium, calcium, magnesium, and phosphorous).
• Stinging nettle leaf:
  traditionally used to treat sore stiff muscles and joints due to its natural anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties
• Lemon balm leaf:
  historically used to alleviate period cramps and headaches
• Ginger root:
  boosts immunity, relieves nausea, relieves menstrual discomfort, and improves stomach performance.
• Alfafa leaf:
  supports digestion and the detoxification of the urinary tract, liver and also helps with blood cleansing.

Brew instructions:

• Shake the pouch to distribute the tea evenly.
• Infuse a heaped teaspoon (approx 1.9g) of Nurture in a freshly boiled cup (250ml) of water for at least 10 minutes. Leave it brewing for longer if you like your teas stronger.
  
• Remove the strainer.

Drink:

Drink 2 to 3 cups daily as required.
