  known for its blood purification properties and help with acne and eczema.
  
• Lemon myrtle:
  contains cleansing properties targeted at acne.
• Alfafa:
  helps with the detoxification of the urinary tract and helps cleanse the liver and blood. Aids digestion too.
  
• Peppermint:
  rich in antioxidants that are beneficial in repairing skin and regrowth.
  
• Liquorice root:
  helps heal skin ailments such as eczema, psoriasis, inflammation, sunburn, persistent skin redness, and athlete's foot.

Brew instructions:

• Shake the pouch to distribute the tea evenly..
• Infuse a heaped teaspoon (approx. 2g) of Renew in a freshly boiled cup (250ml) of water for at least 5 minutes. Leave it brewing for longer if you like your teas stronger.
  
• Remove the strainer.

Drink:

Drink 1 to 3 cups daily as required.
